The Clearance range brings together clearance building materials that are clearing to make room for new stock. You’ll find plywood, timber, decking, and selected lines like Seconds Concrete Sleepers, all available as part of our clearance sale.

If you’re searching for cheap plywood, cheap ply, cheap timber, or cheap decking timber, clearance is the place to start. These products still suit real jobs like renovations, repairs, DIY builds, and trade projects—without paying full price.
