Place your order
Add your products to cart and select Click & Collect at checkout. Choose your nearest store.

Wait for confirmation
We'll send you an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection — usually within 2 hours.

Drive through
Pull up to our drive-through bay and let our team know you're there. Have your order number ready.

Load and go
Our team will load your order directly onto your vehicle. No fuss, no waiting around.

Good to know before you arrive
A few things to keep in mind when visiting any of our stores.
It's an active site
Our stores are working warehouses with forklifts, vehicles and heavy stock moving at all times. Please stay in your vehicle or designated areas unless directed by staff.
Drive-through loading
Pull up to the drive-through bay and our team will come to you. Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for the size and weight of your order before arriving.
Have your order number ready
Please have your order confirmation number ready when you arrive — either printed or on your phone. This helps our team locate your order quickly.
Pickup FAQs
How long will my order be held?
We hold click and collect orders for up to 7 days. If you haven't collected within 7 days we'll contact you to arrange an alternative. Please let us know if you need more time.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes — someone else can collect on your behalf. Please let us know in advance by contacting the store, and they'll need to bring your order confirmation number or email.
What vehicles can use the drive-through?
Our drive-through bays accommodate most utes, vans, trailers and trucks. Please contact your store in advance if you have an oversize vehicle or need to discuss load capacity.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact the store as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We can usually accommodate changes before the order is picked and packed, but once it's ready for collection changes may not be possible.
Do I need to get out of my vehicle?
For most orders you can stay in your vehicle. Our team will come to you at the drive-through bay. For very large orders you may need to assist with securing the load.
