How long does delivery take?
We have a rolling 5 day delivery window, if your delivery fits in your preferred timeslot the driver will call to confirm, if there needs to be a slight change in day or time - our team will call to update you.
How Much Is Delivery
0-25 KM: $100
25-50 KM: $200
50-100KM: $300
What if nobody is home at delivery?
We would prefer someone is home for larger deliveries just so everything goes smoothly, otherwise we will need instructions on where to leave your products.
Can you deliver to a building site?
Yes - we deliver to residential, commercial and building sites regularly. Please provide clear site access instructions at checkout and ensure someone is on site to receive the delivery.
Do you deliver outside the 100km radius?
Yes! We frequently do, it's a job that requires a phone call so we can assign a day for your delivery. Please give your local store a call prior to buying.
Can I track my delivery?
We don't have tracking on our trucks but we will communicate with you prior to your delivery window
