How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched and if there's anything we need from you our driver or team will call.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery, there is a 100km maximum quoted range for delivery, outside of that please call our team for a quote.
What if nobody is home at delivery?
It's best you are home especially for larger delivery items, if you aren't home please let our team and driver know so they can have a chat with you beforehand.
Can you deliver to a building site?
Yes - we deliver to residential, commercial and building sites regularly. Please provide clear site access instructions at checkout and ensure someone is on site to receive the delivery.
Do you deliver outside the 100km radius?
We do! Our team will have a chat with you regarding where you are, and what you need delivered.
How Will I know When My Order is Coming
Our team will be in contact with you to confirm a delivery day and when needed our driver will call prior to arriving.
Can I Pickup Instead?
Yes, we have a click and collect option, or you can come into a store yourself.
