Orders over $500 qualify for free delivery within our delivery zones across QLD, VIC and TAS.
Same-day dispatch
Order before 12pm and your order will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Large item delivery
We deliver full packs of timber, plywood and steel. Our vehicles are equipped for large and heavy loads.
Cut to transport
Need timber or steel cut to fit? We can cut in-store before delivery so it fits your vehicle or site.

Delivery FAQs
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery, however orders under $500 will incur a delivery fee. Orders over $500 qualify for free delivery within our delivery zones.
What if nobody is home at delivery?
Our drivers will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe location if possible. If this isn't feasible, they'll leave a card and we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please ensure someone is available for large or heavy orders.
Can you deliver to a building site?
Yes - we deliver to residential, commercial and building sites regularly. Please provide clear site access instructions at checkout and ensure someone is on site to receive the delivery.
Do you deliver outside the 80km radius?
In some cases we can arrange delivery outside our standard zones for large orders. Contact your nearest store to discuss options and pricing for deliveries outside the standard radius.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For same-day deliveries you can call your nearest store directly for an update.
